Since online tickets for the 2021 Premiership season at Foxhall Stadium went on sale on Wednesday 12th May, we have received a number of messages from supporters saying that they have not received their e-tickets via email following their purchase.
We would like to apologise to anyone that has purchased an online ticket for any of our meetings this season and has experienced this issue. Our ticketing company are rectifying this issue today and would like to ask anyone who has experienced this problem to email support@seatedly.com with their name, reference number and ‘Ipswich Witches’ so that they can send you your ticket.
