Ipswich ‘Tru7 Group’ Witches rider Dan Thompson booked his spot in the 2025 British Final after winning the semi-final on Thursday night at Leicester.

The 21-year-old won all five of his rides on the night to progress to the showpiece event on May 12 at the National Speedway Stadium where he will join teammates Danny King, Tom Brennan and Adam Ellis who were all seeded into the final.

Jordan Jenkins was forced to withdraw on the morning of the semi-final with a sore back, having crashed at Oxford on Wednesday but is hoping to be fit for Monday’s ROWE Motor Oil Premiership fixture against King’s Lynn at Foxhall.
